Steve Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and engineering sectors. Prior to this role, Kelly spent over 23 years at Oxy, holding multiple leadership positions, including President and General Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Facilities Engineering & Construction Manager, with a strong emphasis on business development. Earlier in the career, Kelly headed Major Projects at Brown and Root and worked as a Process Engineer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University College London.
