At 1pointsix18, we design with a principle as old as nature itself : the 'Golden Ratio' (1.618). It’s more than our name; it’s the foundation of our design philosophy.

We believe great design isn’t just about how a space looks... it’s about how it feels, functions, and performs over time.

From luxury residences to high-impact commercial interiors, our work transforms spaces into thriving, value-rich assets by blending timeless aesthetics, intelligent layouts, and material precision.

Guided by balance and proportion, every project at 1pointsix18 is tailored to evoke harmony... where beauty and purpose align.

Our in-house brand, Oricen, specialises in premium wardrobes and kitchens, delivering modern, high-performance solutions through thoughtful craftsmanship and cutting-edge manufacturing.

With over 25 years of experience, a pan-India presence, and a growing global footprint, 1pointsix18 is built on excellence, collaboration, and a belief that the best spaces tell powerful stories... with or without words.
