Jen Dodd

Jen Dodd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations at 1RG Space since October 2024, as well as an Advisory Board Member, Jen is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Maker Festival, which has grown to attract 17,000 attendees and over 100 exhibitors. Previous roles include Community Lead at Xanadu, Managing Director at Subtle Technologies, and Festival and Special Events Programming Manager at Perimeter Institute, where significant contributions included overseeing large-scale events and outreach programs. Jen's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Physics from The University of Queensland and a BSc with First Class Honours from The Australian National University, complemented by a career that bridges science, education, and the arts.
