1st Call Disaster Services is located in Northern Kentucky, and is independently owned and operated by Shane Heilman. We have the skills and equipment to handle any size restoration project, and we take pride in providing our community with the highest level of customer service.

Coping with any kind of property loss can be entirely devastating. Loss of or damage to one's property affects families both materially and emotionally - it threatens a person's sense of security and possibly their safety!

1st Call Disaster Services understands that responding to property loss emergencies is more than properly addressing the damage whether it be a water, fire, mold or bio-hazard loss. Foremost in every loss is a person who needs consolation by someone that really cares about the individual as well as the damage at hand or a business owner who is struggling to minimize downtime and avoid any disruption to the normal flow of business.

We at 1st Call adhere to the following code of qualifications and requirements:

• Licensed and insured (including pollution and mold insurance)
• Financially stable and committed to the long-term service of our community
• Committed to completing each job to our customers’ satisfaction
• Driven to provide an unmatched service experience quickly, professionally, ethically and with compassion, resulting in peace of mind for all concerned
