Toni has spent over 30 years in criminal justice, specialist education & care as well as working for central government Ministry of Justice & Home Office
She has led on critical incidents which include, The Stephen Lawrence Inquiry, The London Riots, Terrorist Activity ,Trident Guns and Gangs as well as Grenfell. 
Working at the sharp end has allowed Toni to see first-hand when change is required and what is needed, so she brings that learning back to those starting out in business, so they are better prepared.

Committed to equipping leaders with business acumen as well as great people leadership she now galvanises her wisdom and learning, through consultancy, storytelling , mentoring, and speaking whilst she sprinkles her own #TonisFairyDust with empowerment and inspiration for sustainable change.
