Kathy Hoffa

Kathy Hoffa is a seasoned professional in the banking and education sectors, with experience in various managerial and instructional roles. Currently, Kathy serves as the Manager of Training & Education at 1st Source Bank and has previously held positions such as Manager of Organizational Training Initiatives and Meeting Compliance at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union, as well as Branch Manager at both Notre Dame Federal Credit Union and JPMorgan Chase Bank. Kathy holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management/Spanish from Albion College.
