At 1st Staff Alternative Provision, we believe every young person deserves access to high-quality education — no matter their circumstances.

We specialise in delivering personalised, one-to-one and small group education packages for students who are unable to access mainstream school. Working in partnership with local authorities, schools, and families, we provide tailored academic and pastoral support that re-engages learners, rebuilds confidence, and restores pathways to achievement.

Our approach is built on three core principles:
Relationships. Consistency. Impact.

✔ Individualised programmes aligned to EHCPs and school curriculums
✔ Specialist support for students with SEND, SEMH needs, EBSA, and those at risk of exclusion
✔ Flexible delivery — in the home, community settings, or online
✔ Measurable outcomes with clear reporting and accountability

We are proud of our team of dedicated educators who combine academic expertise with empathy, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding. Every placement is carefully matched to ensure the right support for each learner.

At 1st Staff, we don’t just provide education — we provide stability, opportunity, and belief in a brighter future.

Re-engaging learners. Rebuilding confidence. Restoring futures.
