Lauren Reeves has extensive experience in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience & Operations at 1stDibs since August 2019, following a series of progressive roles within the company. Prior experience includes guest services and housekeeping management positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from September 2015 to June 2019. Lauren began the professional journey at Capstone Homes/Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club as a receptionist and also worked as a counselor at Friendly Pines Camp. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Northern Arizona University, along with training in Commercial Baking and Pastry Arts from East Valley Institute of Technology.
