Mina Ghaderi

Mina Ghaderi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2010, they worked as a Researcher in the OS lab at Sharif University, focusing on the NBIC project that involved nanotechnologies, biotechnologies, artificial intelligence, and cognitive sciences. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Marketing Consultant at Ayande Bank, where they developed marketing strategies, conducted marketing activities, and developed new products. In 2014, they co-founded 1stQuest, a Tehran-based OTA aimed at promoting tourism in Iran. As the Co-founder and CMO, they conducted market research, developed marketing strategies, managed the marketing team, and oversaw product management. In the same year, they also worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at OSCO, where they conducted market research for a new project and managed the official website and social media pages for a wedding hall. In 2019, Mina co-founded 1stQuest Solutions and served as the Chief Marketing Officer, while also taking on the role of Head of Growth at 1stQuest. Overall, Mina has a strong background in marketing, research, and promoting tourism in Iran.

Mina Ghaderi holds a diverse education history. Mina began their academic journey at the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (Sampad) where they obtained their high school diploma in Mathematics and Physics from 1999 to 2006. Later on, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Hardware Engineering at Sharif University of Technology from 2012 to 2014. Concurrently, they also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from Sharif University of Technology between 2011 and 2013.
