Ronak Patel has over 14 years of professional experience in sales engineering, account management, and pre-sales engineering. In 2021, they joined 1touch.io as Vice President - Global Sales Engineering and Sales Engineer. From 2013 to 2021, they held various roles at Mako Networks, including Senior Account Manager & Sales Engineer, Director, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Pre-Sales Engineer. In 2010, they joined DTT Surveillance as a Sales Engineer, where they closed revenue at every major trade show attended. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Micros Systems Inc as an Implementation Specialist, where they completed a 40 unit onsite software upgrade for a key account and a proof of concept and requirements gathering support for a 1000 unit Fortune 500 brand.

Ronak Patel attended Penn State University from 2002 to 2006, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with Information, Sciences, and Technology Concentration.
