Charles Fry

Charles Fry has over three decades of experience in customer support and technology solutions, currently serving as a Senior Professional Services Specialist at 1WorldSync since January 2017. In this role, Fry is responsible for onboarding and training new customer accounts while providing support for technology-based products. Prior to this, Fry worked at GS1 US for nearly five years as a Senior Account Specialist and Technical Support Associate, focusing on customer training and Level 1 support for 1WorldSync products. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Support Specialist at Reynolds & Reynolds, where Fry handled extensive data extractions, and as a Backline Hardware Consultant at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, addressing hardware issues for customers. Fry holds an Electronics Technician's Diploma from the Ohio Institute of Technology and has pursued further education at Sinclair Community College and Wright State University.
