Bob Ruby, MBA

Bob Ruby, MBA has a wealth of experience in the military and consulting. Their career began in 2006 when they joined the US Navy as the Director of Air Operations, CCSG-12. In this role, they coordinated and synchronized the efforts of U.S. Fleet Commands, NATO, and eleven partner nations to identify strategic, training, and operational objectives. Bob then served as the Commanding Officer of the Airborne Command & Control and Logistics Wing, where they managed the organization, performance of operations, and the overall administration and execution of policy, planning, training, budget, risk management, HR, and certification of a 40-person organization.

Bob Ruby, MBA also served as the Executive Officer of the Airborne Command & Control and Logistics Wing, the Director of Logistical Operations for the U.S. Special Operations Command, the Director of Maintenance, Administration, and Safety for VAW-116, the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer for the Operational Test and Evaluation Command, and the Deputy Director of Operations for CVW-3. In addition, they were a Naval Flight Officer Instructor for VAW-120 and a Division Lead for VAW-124.

In 2022, Bob Ruby, MBA joined 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Warfare Analyst.

Bob Ruby has an extensive educational background, with a Master of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, a B.S. in Management and International Business from Penn State University, and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. In addition, they have obtained an Executive Leadership certification from LinkedIn in May 2022.
