David Fairfax

David Fairfax currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc., a position held since June 2021. Prior to this, David was the Vice President of Advanced Engineering at Zenetex from July 2017 to May 2021. David's extensive experience at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) spanned two decades, where roles included Principal Deputy for Air to Air Weapons in PMA-259, Principal Deputy for Nuclear Command and Control in PMA 271, Product Development Team Lead for the E/A-18G/F/A-18 C/D/E/F in PMA-265, and Aerospace Engineer for the F-14 in PMA-241.
