Eddie Watson has a long history of work experience, beginning with a role as a Helicopter Pilot for HSL-46 in 2003. Eddie then moved to HSM Weapons School in 2006, where they were a Weapons and Tactics Instructor. In 2009, Watson took on the role of Weapons and Tactics Instructor at HSM-74. Eddie was promoted to Department Head at HSM-46 in 2010, and in 2013, they became a student at ACSC. In 2014, Watson began working at NAVAIR as an Air 4.0M Warfare Analysis Lead, where they were responsible for Mission level engineering in multiple warfare areas. Finally, in 2016, Watson joined 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Analyst.
Eddie Watson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Norfolk State University in 1999-2000. Eddie then completed Primary Flight Certification in Single engine fixed wing from Primary Flight School VT-28 in 2001, followed by Naval Aviator Wings from Advanced Helicopter Flight Training in 2001-2002. In 2002-2003, Watson obtained SH-60B from Fleet Replacement Squadron HSL-40. Eddie then completed SWTI in Helicopter Tactics from Navl Strike and Air Warfare Center in 2006. From 2013-2014, Watson earned a Masters in Air and Space Operational Art and Science from Air University. In 2014-2015, they obtained a Certification in Engineering and Analysis from Defense Acquisition University. Watson also holds two additional certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in April 2021) and DAWIA Engineering Level 1 from DAWIA.
