Gary Cote

Gary Cote is an accomplished consultant at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc., specializing in the Navy Air Wing of the Future and Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) since January 2023. Prior to this role, significant experience was accumulated at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) from January 2013 to January 2023, serving as Technical Director for the Air Wing of the Future and Principal Advisor for NGAD, as well as Director of Engineering for Next Generation Air Dominance within PMA 230. Further experience includes key positions such as Chief Engineer for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and Director of Engineering for the V-22 Osprey at NAVAIR.
