James Baker

James Baker has worked in the field of electronic and information systems since 2002. James began their career as an Electronics Division Leading Chief on the USS Elliot DD-967. James then moved on to become an Electronics Material Officer on the USS Comstock in 2003, the USS John Paul Jones in 2006, and the USS Princeton in 2009. In 2007, they were a Maintenance Officer at the Fleet Area Control and Surveillance Facility, and in 2012 they became the Officer In Charge at the Fleet Area Control and Surveillance Facility San Clemente Island Detachment. In 2015, they were an Officer Instructor and Division Officer at ATRC Dahlgren VA. In 2017, they became a Surface Warface Specialist at Sonalysts, Inc. and a Deputy Director of Training / Department Head at the Aegis Training and Readiness Center (ATRC). James is currently a Senior Warfare Analyst at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc.

James Baker has attended Excelsior University for their educational pursuits. James received their Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from 2019 to 2021. James obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Technology Management from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained their Associate of Science (AS) in Technical Management from 2013 to 2016. James also holds a Master Training Specialist certification from the Chief of Naval Education and Training, obtained in October 1999.
