James Stutz

James Stutz has over 40 years of work experience. James began their career in 1977 in the United States Navy as an A-7/F-18 Pilot and an A-7/F/A-18 Pilot. In 2001, they became the Manager of Special Programs at Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB). In 2002, they joined Titan Corporation and then moved to Engility Corporation where they were a Senior Principal Engineer. Finally, in 2016 they became a Senior Program Analyst at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc.

James Stutz's education history includes a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, which they obtained between 1977 and 1981, as well as their high school education from River Dell Regional High School.
