Russell White has over 20 years of work experience in the US Navy, starting in 2002 as a Chief of Staff, then as a Naval Flight Officer, Naval Officer, Commanding Officer, Senior Program Manager, Human Resources Director, Senior Leader, Aviation Program Management Course, Political-Military Affairs Strategic Planner, Operations Manager, Crisis Management Specialist, Human Resources Manager, Training Director, Safety Management, Director of Training, Product Manager, Aviation Operations Management, and Project Manager. Russell has worked in various roles, such as a direct liaison between the Commander and 9 Maritime Squadron Commanding Officers, leading a diverse staff of 15 officers and civilians in the management, administration, risk analysis, and finances for 3,500 personnel supporting over 50 P-8A and MQ-4C aircraft valued at over $12B deployed worldwide. Russell has also successfully executed multiple cross-functional programs, directed all aspects of day-to-day operations, training, maintenance, administration, human resources, and personnel decisions for an aviation squadron of 300 personnel, prepared strategy, planning guidance, and operations policy for politico-military affairs, managed a $10.7 million annual flight-hour budget, and led a team in writing a daily schedule for over 300 personnel. In their most recent role, they have been working as a Senior Program Analyst for 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. since 2022.
Russell White has a diverse educational background.
