Althea K. is the VP of Operations at 2 Hour Learning, where they focus on creating innovative learning environments that challenge and support children's cognitive and sensory needs. Previously, they served as the Global Lead for Neurodiversity Education & Awareness at Fidelity Investments, where they developed resources to enhance workplace inclusiveness and led the creation of guidelines for cognitive and sensory well-being in the built environment. Althea also founded FRECademy, implementing user-centric design principles to address talent gaps in learning offerings. They hold a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Music, and are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Project Management at the University of Phoenix.
