Reece Thomson

Customer Care Co-ordinator at 200° Coffee

Reece Thomson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2016, they worked at Pendragon PLC as a Team Leader before advancing to the position of Franchise Manager in 2020. Reece then transitioned to Maximus in 2021, where they held the roles of Business Manager and Hybrid role - Employment Advisor/Business Manager. In these roles, they managed a case load of 60 customers, provided support and counselling, and ensured KPI performance. Currently, Reece is employed at 200 Degrees Coffee Roasters in a Head Office role, starting in 2023.

Reece Thomson has pursued higher education at Vision West Nottinghamshire College from 2018 to 2020. During this period, they obtained a Level 5 degree in Organizational Leadership.
