Bob Iasillo

Bob Iasillo has diverse work experience in sales and marketing roles in various industries. Bob is currently working as the V.P. of Sales and Marketing at 20/20NOW, where they lead a team in deploying a technology for Tele-Optometry. Bob has extensive sales leadership experience and is skilled in hiring, recruiting, and training sales teams. Bob is also responsible for crafting the go-to-market strategy, branding, messaging, sales process, systems, and collateral.

Prior to their current role, Bob worked as a Key Account Manager at Hoya in 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Sales Director at Neurolens - eyeBrain Medical, leading the start-up product launch of the Neurolens measurement system. During this time, Bob recruited, trained, and managed a sales team and developed product messaging, sales materials, and CRM.

Before that, Bob worked at Diopsys from 2010 to 2017, starting as a District Sales Manager and later becoming a Regional Sales Director for the Western Region. At Diopsys, they led the start-up product launch of a new vision test, called on healthcare professionals, and recruited and trained sales teams while maintaining a sole contributor role.

In 2007, Bob worked as a Sales Representative at Bausch & Lomb, specializing in pharmaceutical products for Ophthalmology and Optometry. Bob achieved top performance in their region during their time there. From 2004 to 2007, Bob worked as a Sales Representative at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where they sold various medications to healthcare professionals and received recognition for their exceptional performance.

Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, Bob was the owner of Revolutionary Bankcard from 2000 to 2004. In this role, they focused on ATM and credit card processing and performed business-to-business direct sales.
