James Long is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in various design and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Creative Director at 20ten Creative since April 2021, James has previously held positions such as Lead Creative Director and Creative Group Head at Once Upon A Time Marketing, and Design Director at arc London, where notable projects included work for Phillip Morris, Coors Light, and Doom Bar. James’s early career includes significant roles at Arc Worldwide, More Creative, and Roche Communications, alongside a foundational experience as Print Production Manager at Fullstop Digital Print in New Zealand. James holds a Bachelor of Design in Design and Visual Communication from Massey University.
