21 Hospitality is a collection of some of the North East’s best-loved and highest-regarded restaurants, owned by chef restaurateur Terry Laybourne.  21, The Broad Chare, Porterhouse Butcher and Grill, Saltwater Fish Company and ST. Vincent are all in central Newcastle. Within the group there is also Café 21 at Fenwick Newcastle and York.
