21 Plus, Inc. operates programs for people with disabilities in New Jersey.  Our programs offer a variety of opportunities that reflect each individuals needs and preferences. This is accomplished through a person-centered plan to identify specific interests, support needs and choices. Individual plans are monitored daily and annually by a multidisciplinary team, the individual served and family or significant others.
