Background 

21 Young Hearts (21YH) is a newly formed Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Suffolk. Our mission is to encourage, empower, and support young people with disabilities into the workforce by providing meaningful employment and volunteering opportunities. These opportunities focus on building core life and transferable skills in a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment. 
 
We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to be their best self, and that disability should never be a barrier to success. 

What Is 21 Young Hearts? 

Our model is centered around the creation of a community café in Martlesham Heath, between Ipswich and Woodbridge. The café will operate seven days a week, offering light refreshments while serving as a training and employment hub for young people with disabilities.
