Gemma Shepherd

Gemma Shepherd currently serves as a Sustainability Analyst at 2150 since October 2022. Previously, Gemma held the position of Summer Analyst at Regeneration.VC from May to September 2022 and worked as an Environmental Policy Associate at Earth Law Center from September 2020 to June 2021. Gemma's academic background includes significant research at Yale University, where a novel biodegradable bioplastic film was developed, culminating in a senior thesis that won the Gaylord Donnelley Prize for Yale Environmental Studies. Gemma's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Yale University and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of San Francisco. Additionally, Gemma managed dining hall operations at Yale, focusing on environmental impact labeling and its effects on dietary preferences.
