Daniel Gallagher

Daniel Santos is the founding partner at 219 Design, where they manage the San Francisco office and oversee engineering quality. With over 15 years of experience in medical device software, embedded systems, and IoT deployments, Daniel has made significant contributions to product development. They earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and an MS from Stanford University, along with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to 219 Design, Daniel conducted research in climbing robotics and worked as a mechanical engineering intern at Rosedale Medical.
