Matt Roy

Matt Roy holds an MSt in Creative Writing from the University of Oxford and is a member of SCBWI. They have received several accolades, including winning the 2018 Undiscovered Voices and being a runner-up for the 2018 A.M. Heath Prize, as well as a nomination for the 2016 Pushcart Prize. Currently, they serve as the Community Lead for the Philadelphia Chapter of Slack and are the Founder of 21b, the first Slack-focused consulting company. Matt has previously worked as a Business Consultant at Mason Frank International, an Associate Consultant at Cerus Partners, a Technical Consultant at Pendulum Solutions LLC, and a Team Lead at the Philadelphia Cricket Club, in addition to their role as Principal at Noble Point, where they focus on building high-performing global teams.
