Marcel Sroczynski

Marcel Sroczynski has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Marcel joined 21Dx GmbH in 2021 as the Managing Director, overseeing Finance, Legal & Compliance, HR, and Marketing departments. Prior to this, they worked at Crown Gabelstapler GmbH & Co. KG from 2018 to 2020 as the Head of HR for European Retail Support and Germany's Sales and Service division. Marcel's earlier career was with Metro Group, where they held the positions of Geschäftsführer Personal & Vertrieb from 2013 to 2018 and Geschäftsführer Vertrieb from 2006 to 2013.

Marcel Sroczynski has a Diploma in Economics from Technische Universität Chemnitz. Marcel also holds certifications as a Certified Compliance Officer from TÜV Rheinland Akademie and as a Certified Data Protection Officer (DSB) from TÜV Süd Akademie.
