Sina Eißing

Sina Eißing has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sina started their career at Philip Morris International in 2003, where they worked in the Human Resources department. In 2005, they joined Bain & Company as a Human Resources Coordinator, and over the course of their tenure, they took on increasingly senior roles, including Senior Human Resources Coordinator. Their responsibilities at Bain & Company included serving as a key contact for consultants in Munich and Frankfurt, handling staffing and optimizing employee utilization. In 2011, Sina Eißing joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Career Development Coordinator, responsible for performance evaluation meetings and ensuring consistent decision-making across multiple offices. Sina also spent a period of parental leave during their time at BCG. Since 2020, Sina Eißing has been working at 21Dx GmbH, initially as an HR-Manager and currently as a Senior HR Manager.

Sina Eißing completed a Diploma in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration) from Technische Hochschule Augsburg between 1998 and 2003. Additionally, Sina obtained an Ausbildereignungsprüfung (trainer aptitude examination) from IHK. Most recently, Sina enrolled in Coaching Akademie Stuttgart (CAS) in 2022 and is expected to complete a Systemischer Coach (Systemic Coach) degree in 2023.
