Established in 2015 and strategically located near Stansted airport in the UK,  21jAeroDesign forms part of the IMT Aviation group of companies.  21jAeroDesign is  headed by Adam Duke, a highly-regarded aviation professional with over 30 years’  experience in design, maintenance, CAMO and airlines.

Before forming 21jAeroDesign Adam held the position of Head of Design and Structures at easyJet, where he founded the company’s Part 21J design organisation and Part M structures fleet technical management team.  With his extensive experience and expertise; Adam brings with him a customer focused approach and a full understanding of the importance of value engineering and on time performance.

Scope of work:

Repair - Case specific and generic repair approval for metallic and composite structures.  Fuselage, wings, empennage, nacelle, we’ve got it covered.

Modification - STC and minor change approval.  Structures, cabin interiors, safety equipment, placards and markings, external liveries, hydro-mechanical systems and more, please contact us with your specific requirement.

EPA Parts - Increased reliability with reduced cost, or simply a cost effective replacement part.  Working closely with our production partners a robust supply chain is guaranteed.

AOG Support -Using our team of design and structural repair specialists, rapid recovery of operational aircraft when there is a need to avoid or resolve an AOG event.

BER Part Recovery - Economic and efficient recovery of ‘BER’ and ‘no repair’ parts through the use of case specific repair approval and EPA replacement parts.

PMA Part Integration - EASA approval and integration of parts approved under the FAA PMA system.  Effective inventory management and cataloguing of replacement PMA parts.
