Lisa Cuscaden

Lisa Cuscaden currently serves as the VP of People Ops and Accommodations Officer at Guided By Good since August 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Lisa has held various leadership roles at 22squared (formerly WestWayne, Inc.) since 1997, including Office/HR Manager and VP, where responsibilities involved managing office services and HR functions in a rapidly growing advertising and marketing communications agency. Additionally, Lisa has worked as an Advertising Accounting Supervisor and held positions at Aidman, Piser & Company as a Staff Accountant/New Biz Director, and at Havatampa, Inc. as a Senior Accounting Specialist. Lisa holds a PHR Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of South Florida.
