Lijesh E M possesses extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as a Lead QA Engineer at [24]7.ai since November 2014, following a role as Senior QA Engineer. Prior to this, Lijesh was a Sr. Product Engineer at Symphony Teleca from January 2011 to November 2014 and worked as a Quality Analyst at CoStrategix from October 2009 to January 2011. Lijesh began as a Test Engineer at Evangelsoft Pvt. Ltd. from May 2008 to October 2009. Lijesh holds a Diploma in IT from NTTF, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Karnataka State Open University, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University.
