John Laskowski's work experience includes various roles at different companies. John started working at IBM in 1974 as a Systems Engineer and held that position until 1980. From 1986 to 1993, they were the Manager of the Performance Evaluation Center at IBM, where they managed several departments and developed technical sales collateral. John returned to IBM in 1998 as a Technical Sales and Support Manager until 2000, and then became a Technical Support Manager from 2000 to 2003. From 2004 to 2013, they held the position of Technical Enablement and Support Manager at IBM. John'smost recent role, starting in 2015, was at 24alife as a Marketing and Sales Support.

John Laskowski completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Lewis University, where they studied from 1969 to 1973. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology from 1973 to 1974. Later, Laskowski obtained another Master of Science (MS) degree, specializing in the Management of Technology, from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 1995 to 1997.
