Rachel Spring's work experience begins in 2017 as a Layout Designer at Grand Valley Lanthorn, where they collaborated with the design and editorial teams, created custom content and infographics for the front page, and oversaw the prepress process. Rachel later became the Layout Editor, continuing their responsibilities and managing the checking, proofing, and printing process.
In 2019, Rachel joined Schuler Books as a Graphic Design/Social Media Intern, supporting the promotions team by creating content for social media and designing event marketing materials. Rachel also played a key role in organizing and designing materials for the Fair Trade Month 2019 event.
Rachel then transitioned to the role of Graphic Designer and Social Media Assistant at Schuler Books, where they collaborated with the marketing team on content creation for Facebook and Instagram. Rachel produced graphics and marketing materials, designed event graphics, and enhanced the customer's social media experience by increasing engagement.
Starting in 2021, Rachel worked as a Graphic Designer at Treadstone Funding, where they utilized their design skills to contribute to the company's visual identity. After two years, they moved on to their current position as a UX/UI Designer at 24G, where they focus on user experience and interface design.
Throughout their work experience, Rachel has consistently demonstrated their proficiency in graphic design and their ability to collaborate with teams to create engaging and impactful content.
Rachel Spring completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design at Grand Valley State University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Central Michigan University from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued General Studies. In 2013 and 2014, Rachel attended Mott Community College, but their degree and field of study during that period are unknown.
