Debbie Phillips

COO at 24i

Debbie Phillips is the current Chief Operating Officer at 24i. Prior to this, they served as Business Unit Director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA from January 2020 to June 2021. In this role, Debbie was responsible for leading the DCEMEA Data Centre Solutions Business and driving new logo and in account growth. Additionally, they were accountable for site performance of Maintenance Engineering, ICT and Fabric teams, ensuring delivery to client contract against financial, operational and QHSE obligations. Debbie was also targeted on Ebitda, Growth and Net Promoter Scores across the consolidated Contract base.

Before joining CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA, Debbie was the Director of Client Services at Rackspace from June 2018 to October 2019. In this role, they successfully delivered 2018 & Q1 2019 Revenue & retention targets on annual revenues of £72m. Additionally, Debbie beat 2018 target for reduction in cost to serve achieving 15% against a target of 10%. Debbie also built a strong performing support team through strategic change in recruitment policy & new management. Debbie was a founding member of POWER (Rackspace EMEA D&I Board) quickly achieving executive profile. Debbie launched first EMEA wide Net Promoter Score governance to target Customer satisfaction and implemented Salesforce Service Engagement metrics to improve Customer Account governance.

Debbie Phillips reports to Neale Foster, CEO. They work with Martijn van Horssen - Co-Founder & Chief New Business Development Officer, Kimmo Kangas - SVP, Front End Product & Engineering, and Thomas Christensen - CTO & TV Platforms.
