Lenka Malinkova

Lenka Malinkova has been working in the finance industry since 2007. Lenka began their career as an Audit Assistant at KPMG, where their main responsibilities included verifying the correctness and completeness of accounting entries according to Czech Accounting Standards, performing controls and processes audits, and verifying statutory financial statements and notes. In 2010, they joined AVG Technologies as a Junior Finance Supervisor, where their main responsibilities included managing a small team focused on costs, headcount and management reporting & planning, as well as preparing internal monthly reports for the CFO and senior management. In 2017, they moved to Avast where they held two roles: Senior Finance Specialist and HR Part-Timer. As Senior Finance Specialist, their main responsibilities included budgeting & forecasting, preparing financial statements and other overviews for IPO requirements, and analyzing cost of sales and CAPEX. As HR Part-Timer, their main responsibilities included updating the payroll and headcount model for budget and forecast, analyzing payroll actuals, and preparing salary increase models. Currently, Lenka is working as a Business Controller at 24i.

Lenka Malinkova obtained a Diploma of specialist's degree from Tax Consulting Private College STING, Brno in 2000-2002, a Bachelor's degree from Brno University of Technology in 2002-2005 in Taxation, a Master of Science (MSc) from emlyon business school in 2006, and a Master's degree from Brno University of Technology in 2005-2007 in Corporate Finances and Business.
