24LiveIT, Corp. is the field team behind the field team — providing on-site field engineering, smart hands / remote hands, network technicians, and contingent technical talent for global systems integrators (GSIs), OEMs, telecom programs, and enterprise IT teams across the United States.

When a partner needs Level 1 field engineers, network techs, or smart hands at a site — for an install, break/fix, data-center migration, multi-site rollout, cabling job, or a wireless survey — we mobilize vetted, company-trained technicians and deliver to specification.

What we do:
• Field engineering & smart hands / remote hands (Level 1 on-site support)
• Network technicians & infrastructure deployment
• Data center support — rack & stack, migrations, decommissions
• Fiber & structured cabling for data center & network builds (Corning & CommScope certification in progress)
• Multi-site rollouts — POS, network, and branch refreshes
• Wireless site surveys (Ekahau predictive & validation)
• IT staffing & staff augmentation

Why partners work with us:
• A vetted dispatch network of 60+ field technicians — dedicated contractors sourced on demand, scaled per engagement, with rapid-response coverage in core U.S. metros and nationwide
• A 4-hour standard response, with same-business-day dispatch where coverage exists
• Company-trained, equipped technicians working to standardized procedures
• Easy to onboard — we slot in as a Tier-2/3 subcontractor

Track record: over a three-year program, 24LiveIT delivered on-site field services for a Tier-1 global systems integrator in the automotive sector — completing 95–99% of dispatched work orders to specification with a consistently low escalation rate.
