Christopher T. has a diverse work experience in the battery and energy storage industry. Christopher started their career in 2011 at Nissan Motor Corporation, where they served as a Production Supervisor at the Li-ion Battery Plant and EV Battery department until 2019. Following that, they joined Envision AESC in 2011 and held various roles, including UK Region Support Leader, Nominated Chairman of the Plant Environment Group, and Production Supervisor in EV Battery Manufacturing until 2021. Christopher then worked at FREYR Battery as a Production Manager CQP from 2021 to 2022, before joining Britishvolt as a Project Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Operations for Norway at 24M Technologies since 2023. Christopher's experience includes team management, budget control, safety culture promotion, quality standards maintenance, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration. Christopher has also demonstrated expertise in lean practices, ISO compliance, and capacity planning.

Christopher T. has a diverse education history. Christopher obtained a BTEC Level 3 in Management and an NVQ Level 3 in Management from Gateshead College in 2014-2015.
