Ray Zagars is the EVP of Engineering at 24M Technologies. Prior to this, they were the Director of Engineering & Manufacturing at G24 Innovations, where they provided engineering and manufacturing leadership to productionize revolutionary thin film flexible solar cell technology. Ray was successful in leading the team through development stages and then into manufacturing product-for-sale for consumer and industrial OEM markets.

At Entegris Corporation, they were the Corporate Technical Program Manager and leader of multi-million dollar strategic technical programs with significant business impact. Ray orchestrated an innovative equipment program that resulted in capacity increase, cost savings, and game-changing quality improvement. Ray also developed a corporate-level strategy and tactical program to create new product manufacturing capability, and led a diverse cross-functional team that rescued a high profile strategic product from the brink of withdrawal from the market due to inability to manufacture.

Ray Zagars earned their Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and their BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Ray also attended Warren Harding High School.

Ray Zagars reports to Naoki Ota, President & CEO. A direct report to Ray Zagars is and Tim Rineck - Director, Product Engineering & Operations. They work with Matt Tyler - Director, Advanced Manufacturing, Yet-Ming Chiang - Chief Scientist & Co-Founder, and Panghoo Tan - VP, Business Development.
