Rob Steeman is currently the Director of Advanced Manufacturing at 24M Technologies, bringing over 30 years of expertise in the solar industry. Previously, Rob held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Technology at REC Cells Pte. Ltd. and Director of Process Engineering at 1366 Technologies Inc. Rob also contributed significantly as a Technology Manager at both REC Solar AS and Shell Solar. Rob earned a PhD in Physics from Leiden University and has consistently focused on technology development and strategic integration throughout their career.
