Julien Pons

Julien Pons is an experienced professional in marketplace and business development with a proven track record in launching and expanding marketplace operations. As Marketplace Director at 24S since March 2019, Julien led the marketplace launch in over 80 countries, developing a robust growth strategy and value propositions with direct brand partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Business Development at La Redoute from June 2014 to February 2019, where Julien managed marketplace operations and profitability, as well as spearheading the diversification of product offerings. Earlier roles include Business Unit Manager at Qapa.fr, where Julien created a Key Accounts division, and Senior Account Manager at Direct Performance, achieving significant revenue growth. Julien holds a degree in International Business from EBS Paris and a Master's in Strategy and Management of New Technologies from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
