At 24Seven Sailing, we are building India’s first structured and scalable sailing development ecosystem—designed to take young talent from their very first sail to the international podium. Our training model is anchored in Competency-Based and Evidence-Based Training principles, ensuring every step of the journey is purpose-driven, measurable, and aligned with long-term athletic development.

India’s youth have historically had limited access to sailing. We are changing that by making the sport accessible, aspirational, and performance-oriented. But we know that world-class athletes need world-class coaches. That’s why we’re equally committed to building a high-quality coaching pathway, developing young Indian coaches to grow alongside our athletes—ensuring continuity, shared experience, and deep athlete-coach relationships all the way to the Olympic level.

Our vision is bold:
To take India to the sailing podium at the 2036 Olympics.

With a passionate team, structured pathways, and a focus on sustainable, values-led growth, we are creating a movement. We invite visionary partners and supporters to join us in building a new chapter in Indian sport—where the journey from screen to sunscreen leads all the way to gold.
