25|29 Ventures is a long-term holding company created to glorify God.

Inspired by the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:29), we exist to steward what we’ve been entrusted with: people, companies, and communities, with excellence, integrity, and eternal purpose.

We acquire small to mid-sized businesses ($1M to $10M in revenue) that are already profitable and cash-flow positive. Our sweet spot is working directly with founders who care deeply about their team and want to see their legacy carried forward, not stripped for parts.

Unlike traditional private equity, we don’t buy to flip. We buy to build.

Our long-term hold approach allows us to:
→ Honor the founder by preserving the legacy they’ve worked hard to build
→ Equip the team with structure, leadership, and operational excellence
→ Multiply Kingdom impact by using business as a vehicle to serve people and communities

Each of our portfolio companies is operated with a clear, disciplined framework. We bring clarity, accountability, and the right people into the right seats so the business can flourish and the people inside it can grow. We believe in building leaders just as much as building companies.

We’re not backed by a traditional fund. Instead, we raise capital deal by deal with aligned partners who share our values and vision. This allows us to stay focused on what matters: long-term fruit over short-term gain.

If you’re a business owner thinking about succession or an investor who wants to align capital with Kingdom impact, we’d love to talk.

Let’s build something that lasts.
