Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Daniel started their career in 2016 at ASR Wealth Advisers, initially working as an Equity Derivatives Analyst and later transitioning to the role of Equity Derivatives Adviser. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Head of Trading & Operations at HALO Technologies. In 2022, they joined 26 Degrees as an Associate Director for Electronic Trading & Execution and was later promoted to Team Lead - APAC in 2023.

Daniel Smith completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport, Health and Exercise Science from the University of Hull, from the year 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they pursued further education at Kaplan Professional, where they obtained an Accredited Derivatives Adviser certification. Daniel also completed the RG146 course at Kaplan Professional, specializing in Generic Knowledge, Securities, Managed Investments, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange & Margin Lending.
