26 is a UK-based membership organisation, awards programme and an educational not-for-profit serving the international writers community.

It promotes, stimulates and awards creative excellence in business communication. It aims to generate funding to provide material support to creative writers around the world, the ultimate standard of creative excellence being the 26 Writers Awards.

Members participate in projects with like-minded and high profile partners, in year-round events that often provide them with a chance to exhibit their project work or even publish it.

With the DNA of our language – 26 letters of the alphabet – compelling stories are told using imaginative writers who find new and credible ways to engage audiences. But we also help to open hearts and minds to the wonderful diversity of writing, to savour and enjoy words in their many guises. 

Whether you are an individual, a business, a charity or even a government body, you have story to tell and being a member can help you to have some fun with the creation of it.
