Jon Garcia

Jon Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at 26North since July 2023, Jon previously held multiple leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, including Director, Principal, and the President & Founder of RTS, a dedicated unit focused on delivering transformational change and comprehensive support for distressed companies. Jon's foundational career includes roles as a Consultant at the Federal Communications Commission and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Jon holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.Sc. from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and an A.B. from Georgetown University.
