In July 2018 Michael and David Marcus formed 271 Realty Capital LLC. Since its inception, the company has purchased over 60 million square feet in excess of B$6.0 in value.

271 is providing investors access to new construction distribution warehouses with 20-year leases.

Prior to forming 271, the principals were lead investors in B$1.6 of transactions with the following tenants: Veterans Administration, FBI, Verizon, Walgreens, Xcel Energy, United Healthcare, and Marriott, among others.
