Olga Kovalenko

Olga Kovalenko is a Senior Tech Recruiter at 28software, bringing 15 years of experience in the technical recruitment field. Previously, they served as an International Tech Recruiter at Amadeus, where they participated in projects focused on recruitment, retention, and diversity. Olga also founded and led "IT Recruitment Solutions," managing a team while building relationships with clients and candidates. In addition to recruitment, Olga is a Gestalt therapist and psychologist, currently pursuing advanced studies in Gestalt Therapy at Kyiv Gestalt University, while providing psychological support to those affected by the war in Ukraine.
