Marcus Belke

Marcus Belke has extensive work experience in the field of privacy compliance and risk management. Marcus has worked as the Chief Executive Officer and President at 2B Advice GmbH since 2003, where they have developed the 2B Advice PrIME privacy management software and helped numerous companies manage their privacy programs. In 2014, they became the Managing Director at EuroPrise until July 2019. Prior to this, Marcus was the Managing Director at Deutsche Post Signtrust GmbH from 1999 to 2002. Marcus began their career at Deutsche Post AG in 1996 as a Director, where they played a significant role in various projects, including the construction of a high-security data center and the successful IPO of Deutsche Post.

Marcus Belke completed their high school education at Phoenix Highschool in 1985, earning a Highschool Diploma. Marcus then attended Gymnasium Troisdorf Sieglar from 1982 to 1987, where they obtained their Abitur. Following this, Marcus enrolled at The University of Bonn from 1987 to 1993, earning a Juris Doctor degree in International Law and Legal Studies. After completing their studies at Bonn, they attended OLG Cologne from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a 2. State Exam Law/Bar Germany degree.
